Production Planning Management: Create production plans, oversee production activities, and ensure quality and efficiency throughout the production process. Production Technology Management: Implement and optimize production processes, while developing new product formulations. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper operation of production equipment and coordinate solutions for any equipment malfunctions. Quality Control and Compliance Management: Develop and enhance quality management systems, oversee product quality testing and control, and ensure adherence to industry and company standards. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage teams to improve professional competence and performance. What you'll need to succeed

More than ten years of experience in the dairy industry, with at least five years in a senior management role. Familiarity with the food and beverage industry, with in-depth knowledge of product development, production, equipment, and quality control.
