dynamic and experienced Production & Site Manager
to oversee event operations, manage on-site logistics, and ensure seamless execution of weddings and related events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate event production from planning to execution
Supervise site setup, logistics, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at venues and workshops
Manage on-site staff and contractors during events
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth operations
Collaborate with all concerned teams to deliver exceptional experiences
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
(required)
Minimum 3 years of experience
in a Wedding Events Company or similar event management role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
