Job Description
A Production and Planning Manager is Urgently Needed for Eshratex Cotton Spinning company, Alexandria -Egypt , Expertise in Cotton Spinning & Textile Industry Is A Must.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Scheduling
Capacity Mapping:
Analyze and calculate the production capacity of various departmentsMaster Production Schedule (MPS):
Develop and maintain the MPS to ensure all customer orders are scheduled based on priority, delivery dates, and machine availability.Time & action Management:
Create and monitor theTime & Action Calendar
for every order, tracking milestones from lab-dip approval to final packing.Material Requirement Planning (MRP):
Forecast and coordinate the procurement of raw materialsLean Manufacturing:
Apply Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Just-in-Time) to improve floor efficiency and reduce "lead time" from order to shipment.Inter-departmental Coordination:
Lead daily production meetings with Merchandisers and Floor Managers to resolve issues regarding quality, shortages, or technical delays.KPI Tracking:
Report on key metrics includingEfficiency %
,Downtime
,On-Time Delivery (OTD)
, andRight First Time (RFT)
in dyeing.Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
Age
: 35-42 years old preferably (Maximum)Experience:
10-15 years of experience in production planning specifically within a textile or apparel manufacturing environment.Attributes:
Exceptional analytical skills, ability to work under high pressure, and a "problem-solver" mindset when dealing with supply chain disruptions.Compensation & Benefits:

: Saturdays-Thursdays , 8 am - 4 pm , Borg El Arab Industrial Area-2nd , Block 34.
