.Roles & Responsibilities:?

To handle the workshop operations and manage the technicians/mechanics, and create top quality after sales team and set highest standards in the operation process.
To achieve revenue and profitability target of the workshop division; increase revenue, develop business plan for the workshop division and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the workshop division.
To liaise with customers, supervise work schedules, maintain a high quality of service work, commit to completing the service / repair and getting the customers product returned without delays, coordinate with suppliers.
To handle in-house and external customer complaints and, where appropriate, investigate and implement a solution that will resolve the problem.
Conducting Service Training courses for all customers.
Promoting after sales service to existing customers and identifying potential customers.
Managing the after-sale relationship with the customers.
Assessing customer?s needs and resources and recommending the appropriate service solution.
Preparing and administering service documents by following a defined process.
Manage the day-to-day operation of a service and parts department.
Ensure parts and service staff are trained and supported.
Maintaining customer profiles and information to support sales team.
Other duties assigned by General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Good product knowledge and experience in the Turf/agricultural machinery and golf cart products; Experience in dealing with reputed brands would be preferred.
IT literacy.
Good commercial, inter-personal and communication skills.
UAE Driving license.
Willingness and ability to travel both within the UAE and GCC countries, if required.

Qualifications & Education

Candidate should have minimum degree/diploma or equivalent qualification in engineering/Turf/agriculture or similar discipline or have relevant golf/landscape/industry experience.
