Are you an experienced Product Support Manager (PSM) looking for a new adventure in the vibrant city of Dubai? We are currently seeking a highly skilled PSM to join our clients workshop team in Dubai, UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to relocate from the United Kingdom and make a significant impact in a growing company. The Role: As a Product Support Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for overseeing the turf machinery workshop, developing commercial business, and providing after-sales, technical, and training support to golf and non-golf clients in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workshop operations and lead a team of technicians/mechanics, ensuring the highest quality of after-sales service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the workshop division.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, coordinating work schedules and ensuring timely completion of service/repair tasks.
- Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct service training courses for customers and internal staff.
- Promote after-sales service and identify potential customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Prepare and administer service documents following a defined process.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service and parts department.
- Ensure staff training and support within the parts and service department.
- Maintain customer profiles and information to support the sales team.
- Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager.
- Strong product knowledge and experience with turf/agricultural machinery and golf cart products; familiarity with brands such as Jacobsen, EZGO, Club Car, Toro, and John Deere preferred.
- IT literacy.
- Excellent commercial, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the UAE and GCC countries, if required.
- Minimum degree/diploma or equivalent qualification in engineering, turf, agriculture, or a similar discipline; or relevant golf/landscape/industry experience.
- UAE or GCC experience preffered.
