Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full product lifecycle for assigned building materials and hardware lines, from selection to pricing and promotion.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to define and update the product portfolio.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product availability, proper positioning, and effective sales strategies.
Evaluate and onboard new suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market conditions, supplier costs, and margin targets.
Provide product training to the sales team and assist with key client presentations when needed.
Monitor product performance and inventory turnover, recommending adjustments as necessary.
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and supplier meetings to stay updated on product developments and opportunities.
