Product Leader - Corporate Services Information Systems
Location: Dubai
Objective
This department takes care of company\'s internal system development and responsible for the planning and development of products to take care of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Craft long-term product line plans grounded in deep business and market analysis.
- Lead the charge in defining and steering the B2B product roadmap, aligning technology advancements with user needs and delivering successful outcomes.
- Stay ahead of the curve by deciphering industry trends, analyzing competitors, and strategically informing business decisions.
- Oversee all stages of internal products, ensuring user-centricity, security, stability, and a seamless user experience.
- Orchestrate and empower cross-functional teams (technology, testing, operations) to achieve ambitious product goals.
- Own product operations, including training and data analysis.
- Actively listen to user feedback, analyze behavior, and relentlessly optimize the user experience.
- Champion customer satisfaction through proactive and data-driven initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree or above
- 10+ years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products, from inception to design to development to implementation and deployment.
- Must have experience working in a B2C Ecommerce platform/company
- Work collaboratively with various teams in the company to translate requirements into successful products, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Leverage your 5+ years of project management experience to plan and execute complex, cross-departmental projects efficiently.
