FINTECH.TV is hiring a

Producer / Booker

to work on-site at its studio located on the Canadian University Dubai (CUD) campus at City Walk. This role supports live and recorded programming across global markets and works closely with on-air talent, the Dubai studio team, and producers in New York.

This position is central to guest booking, show preparation, and daily production operations.

What You'll Do

Book guests for daily and weekly FINTECH.TV programming Identify and secure founders, executives, investors, policymakers, and academics Coordinate guest schedules and logistics across time zones (Dubai, New York, international) Prepare guest briefs, talking points, and segment summaries Collaborate with producers and anchors on rundowns and show flow Monitor business and market news to identify timely booking opportunities Support live studio production and breaking-news coverage
Who We're Looking For

Experience in TV, digital media, podcasting, or live production Strong booking skills and ability to build guest relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and comfortable in a live broadcast environment Able to work on-site at the CUD City Walk campus

Primary broadcast language is English. Arabic language skills are required

Strongly Preferred

Experience booking guests in fintech, finance, or business media Existing network within fintech, startups, venture capital, or MENA business Familiarity with live broadcast or control room workflows
