Junior Designer -- Ads (Full-Time, On-Site -- Business Bay, Dubai)About the Role

We're looking for a creative and trend-aware

Junior Designer (Ads)

to support our Marketing Team in producing engaging, high-performing digital content. You'll work closely with the team to design ads, explore new creative ideas, monitor performance trends, and help keep our visuals fresh and relevant.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. You'll contribute to campaign visuals, creative research, content ideation, and performance-driven design decisions. Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality visual designs for ads, social posts, banners, and other marketing creatives using graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Canva). Develop strong visual layouts, apply branding guidelines, and ensure consistency in color, typography, composition, and overall design quality. Produce multiple creative variations for testing, including static images, graphics, and simple motion-based assets. Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist with creative concept development. Stay up to date on social media, design, and cultural trends to keep our content fresh. Monitor campaign performance at a basic level to understand what creatives work best. Maintain organized design files, asset libraries, and brand consistency. Support the Marketing Team with ongoing creative needs such as resizing assets, iterating on top-performing creatives, and preparing visuals for campaigns. Collaborate with Product and Operations to ensure visuals align with current initiatives. Contribute to rapid testing cycles by delivering variants and experimenting with new creative ideas. Experience using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, DALLE, or similar) to create or enhance creative assets.

What We're Looking For

Strong creative sense with a good understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. Hands-on experience creating ads or social media visuals. Awareness of current design and social media trends. Ability to understand and respond to basic campaign performance insights. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a collaborative team. Ability to manage multiple creative tasks while maintaining quality. Familiarity with design tools. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn quickly, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. Based in Dubai and available for on-site work.

Nice to Have (not required):

simple video editing or motion graphics skills and familiarity with Notion.
