Job Overview
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing department, assisting in campaign execution, client correspondence, document preparation, and lead tracking. This role is instrumental in driving guest engagement, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring smooth coordination across sales and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations
• Maintain an organized filing system for all sales and marketing documents
• Coordinate with clients and respond promptly to inquiries and follow-ups
• Assist with organizing marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with graphic designers and external vendors for campaign materials
• Ensure content accuracy across all marketing channels and update hotel listings
• Monitor lead pipelines and update CRM tools and sales databases
• Track campaign performance and compile weekly reports for management
• Promote brand identity through professional and consistent communication

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or sales coordination role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM and hotel sales software is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and teamwork mindset
