Job Overview
As Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic support across marketing, sales, and client communications. From managing promotional materials to coordinating campaign logistics and client correspondence, your work will contribute directly to revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, event orders, and reports to support client relationships
• Coordinate with marketing teams to produce brochures, digital content, and in-house promotional materials
• Update hotel listings and online content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy
• Respond to client queries and support lead generation and follow-ups
• Assist in organizing marketing activations, press kits, and loyalty promotions
• Support administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and database management
• Monitor and report on sales and campaign performance
• Act as a key point of contact for internal departments and external vendors

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality, marketing, or business
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or marketing coordination within the hospitality or service sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM or PMS tools is a plus
• Energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and marketing
