Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budget.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services related to fit-out works (e.g., joinery, MEP, finishes, furniture, etc.).
Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, designers, and site teams to understand procurement needs.
Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and conduct commercial and technical assessments.
Maintain accurate procurement schedules, cost trackers, and supplier databases.
Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, dispute resolution, and contract compliance.
Ensure all purchases comply with project specifications, budget constraints, and company policies.
Monitor market trends to identify potential suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities.
Oversee logistics and delivery schedules to ensure on-time availability of materials on site.
Ensure procurement risks are identified and mitigation plans are in place.
Assist in value engineering and cost management exercises during project pre-construction phases.
