. The ideal candidate will manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, material coordination, and ensure timely procurement to support ongoing fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for fit-out materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely project execution
Maintain accurate procurement records, material logs, and supplier documentation
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and the design team for material requirements
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and cost-control measures
Monitor market trends, pricing updates, and alternative material options
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in the
fit-out/interiors industry
Strong knowledge of materials, vendors, and fit-out processes
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
