Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring MEP materials and services at competitive prices while ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate suppliers for MEP materials and equipment.
Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations) and analyze bids.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for material specifications.
Monitor market trends and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP procurement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of MEP materials, standards, and suppliers.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
