Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
2-3 years of UAE experience
in procurement for MEP projects (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems).
Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order processes.
Familiarity with
MEP materials, equipment specifications, and standards
.
Proficient in
MS Office
and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and procuring MEP materials and equipment according to project requirements.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for material requirements.
Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project budgets.
