We are seeking a diligent and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team at RADY INTERIOR in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services required for fitout projects. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal & site teams and external vendors. Responsibilities: 1. Source and identify reliable suppliers for fitout materials, equipment, and services required for projects. 2. Negotiate pricing, terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement. 3. Review and analyze purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 4. Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. 5. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. 6. Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites. 7. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements. 8. Evaluate supplier capabilities, conduct supplier audits, and assess risks to ensure compliance with company standards. 9. Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and best practices in procurement. 10. Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies. 11. Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. 12. Provide regular reports on procurement activities, including budget tracking, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a procurement officer or similar role, preferably in the fitout industry. 3. Solid understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management. 4. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. 7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. 8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and regulations is desirable.
