Job Description
We are currently looking for an Procurement Officer Core Job responsibilities:
- Sourcing of MEL parts & line maintenace requirements
- Sourcing of C-Check material
- Sourcing of parts as need arises and as assigned by HOD
- Issuing PO to vendor and expedite shipment and ensure timely delivery at station. Secure POD as delivery proof. Coordinate with logistics for shipment delivery effectively & timely manner.
- Timely providing ppwk to store for GRN processing
- Resolve vendor descripancies if any and facilitate timely vendor invoices processing for payment
- 100% compliance to internal control & organization policies
- Have experience in Aviation Aircraft parts sourcing.
- Minimum of 05 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar position.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.
- Candidates must be Multitasked, flexible, and able to handle the pressures of work.
