Job Description
Our company is looking for a Procurement officer/ Assistant who has at least 2 years of experience inside UAE in the construction field Job description:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and any relevant ERP system
- Can easily adopt in work environment
- Having very good negotiation skill
- Relevant technical knowledge
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to resolve problems in an efficient manner
- Receiving approved PR\'s
- Floating inquiries to the concerned suppliers
- Receiving quotations from mentioned suppliers
- Making the comparison of the quotations received
- Submitting the comparison to Manager for negotiation and finalization
- Preparation of LPO once the value and supplier has been finalized
- Forwarding the LPO to Manager for approval
- Coordinating with the suppliers for prompt delivery of the materials to the site.
- Coordinating with the site staff regarding the quality and quantity of the materials received
- Coordinating with the Accounts Department regarding the suppliers payments.
- Maintaining proper filling of all the PR\'s and LPOs
- Receiving and updating PR and LPO logs
- Atleast 2 years UAE experience in Building Construction
- Must have Experience in contracts and payment terms and conditions
- Must be available in UAE while applying for the job
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree desirable
- Good written and communication skills
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
