Responsibilities: * Sourcing and Supplier Management:
- Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Purchase Order Processing:
- Prepare purchase orders based on requisitions from various departments.
- Verify specifications, quantities, and pricing.
- Coordinate with suppliers to expedite orders and resolve any issues.
- Cost Control and Budgeting:
- Monitor procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in budget planning and adherence.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and product availability.
- Analyze supplier proposals and recommend the best options.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Purchasing/Procurement department.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Salary: AED 7,000 - AED 8,000 per month (based on experience)
