to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete procurement cycle -- from sourcing and negotiation to delivery -- ensuring all materials and subcontractor services meet project quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end procurement process
for aluminum and facade works.
Prepare
RFQs
, collect and evaluate supplier quotations, and conduct
technical and commercial evaluations
.
Negotiate
prices, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve optimal value.
Establish and maintain
strong relationships
with vendors, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders.
Ensure
compliance with specifications, quality standards, and project schedules
.
Collaborate closely with
project managers, estimators, and design teams
to identify and forecast material requirements.
Maintain and update the
supplier database
, including pricing and performance records.
Monitor
market trends
, new technologies, and alternative materials for
cost optimization and innovation
.
Prepare
purchase orders, contracts, and procurement status reports
.
Ensure
on-time material delivery
and address any supplier performance or delivery issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
(or related field).
3-6 years of experience
in procurement within the
aluminum and facade industry
(UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of
aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and facade materials
.
Proven skills in
negotiation, cost control, and supplier management
.
Familiar with
local and international facade material suppliers
.
Proficient in
MS Office
and
ERP systems
(SAP / Oracle / similar).
Excellent
communication, analytical, and organizational
abilities.
Ability to
work under pressure
and manage multiple priorities effectively.
