Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies for aluminum, facade, and cladding works.
Source, negotiate, and finalize contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs in line with project schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with the
project, engineering, and commercial teams
to meet project delivery timelines.
Prepare and maintain accurate procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance records.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new materials in the aluminum and facade sector.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration
, or related field.
Minimum
5-7 years of procurement experience
, with at least
3 years in aluminum & facade works
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of facade systems, aluminum profiles, glazing, and related materials.
Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Attributes
Experience with large-scale construction or facade projects.
Strong regional and international supplier network in aluminum & facade.
Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an added advantage.
