Job Description

General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Implement registration and pre-qualification activities by developing and maintaining registration and pre-qualification standards. Approve vendor registrations after all documentations submitted have been verified. Establish, maintain and update a commercial directory that includes vendors' data and performance history that is visible to stakeholders. Ensure effective supplier relationship management and vendor market intelligence. Manage vendor complaints and grievances. Maintain integrity and control over the registration and pre-qualification process, while ensuring that approved policies, procedures and delegation of authorities are implemented in the best interest of Madon and the government of Abu Dhabi. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Arabic Previous GCC experience is a plus Good and effective communication skills Demonstrated integrity and high work ethics Demonstrated leadership and problem- solving skills
