We are a fast-growing e-commerce furniture brand seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Procurement & Logistics Coordinator
to manage procurement, logistics, and payment tracking activities. The role requires strong skills in
Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
and involves working closely with suppliers, finance, and operations teams. Experience with
Odoo ERP
is a plus, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the procurement process from purchase request to order placement and delivery.
Track and update shipment status, including estimated arrival and delivery confirmations.
Accurately calculate and maintain
landed cost
records in Excel.
Communicate with suppliers via email to handle inquiries, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain documentation for
deposits
,
final payments
, and payment schedules.
Support
barcode creation
and coordinate stock updates for incoming goods.
Maintain payment and procurement trackers in Excel for regular reporting.
Update relevant records in Odoo (if applicable) and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum
1 year of relevant experience
in procurement, logistics, or a related role.
Mandatory: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Odoo or any ERP system.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication for supplier interaction.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
