Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs procedures.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of
2-3 years
of relevant procurement experience, preferably with international sourcing exposure.
Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems and MS Office applications.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
AED 5,000 - 6,000 (inclusive of all benefits)
