Procurement In-Charge

to manage the full procurement cycle for local and international sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, logistics coordination, cost control, and ensuring seamless delivery of materials to our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate local and international suppliers Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines Process purchase orders and track shipments Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance Accurately enter and update landing costs in the system Liaise with warehouse for delivery, inspection, and stock confirmation Maintain procurement records and contracts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field

3-5 years' procurement experience

, with international sourcing exposure Strong knowledge of import/export and customs clearance procedures Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems & MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
