Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement of food, beverages, and related supplies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth supply flow.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in
F&B procurement

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
