Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To manage the complete cycle of Sub-contract agreements with alignment to main project contracts on MS SharePoint. Obtain best commercial value and technical support from selected sub-contractors, meeting the KPI and SLAs, material procurement and process and system improvements.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good knowledge of Supply chain and service procurement policies and principals.
- Good knowledge in contract management (FIDIC formats) in Power generation, Renewable energy, Services, Construction etc.
- Good knowledge / experience on tender procedures.
- Hands on experience on ERP, MS SharePoint and MS computer skills (Excel is a must)
- Effective negotiator - results driven.
- Report generation
- Electrical engineering / drawing reading ability
- Experience in SC / service support for FM / Construction projects
- Coordination between the sites and the sub-contractor
- Excellent in business English
- Interpersonal relationship and a team player
- UAE experience in the same field
- A graduate in Engineering Electrical / Energy / Mechanical (BSc Eng, BTech) or equivalent
- Added qualification in Business Management / Contract management / Supply Chain management and MBA is an advantage.
- 3-6 years\' experience in Contract management, SC management, Project tendering, technical procurement.
- Working Knowledge ERP software.
- Work experience in FM or Construction.
