A well-established organization is seeking to hire an experienced, professional and energetic ideal Male/Female candidate for the position of Procurement Executive who can join immediately. To ensure success as Procurement Executive, you should possess the list of responsibilities and qualifications Required Eligibility & Qualification:

• At least 2 -3 year's of relevant work experience in Oil & Construction based Chemical Industry.
• Performs liaising to ensure products and Materials arrive in good condition.
• Analyzing market and delivery systems, in order to assess present and future material availability.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Maintaining records of goods ordered and received and records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Continuously researching and comparing the products and prices of different suppliers and negotiating to make sure the company gets the best possible prices on needed supplies.
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts and Ability to multi-task, organizes, and prioritizes work.
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
• Maintaining a network of professional contacts, in order to discover new opportunities for good deals on orders.
• Communicating with suppliers and to make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when a deadline is tight
• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
• Forecasting demand for certain products and making orders accordingly.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
