Skills & Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in international trade or supply chain.
? Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
? Proficient in MS Office and ERP or CRM systems.
? Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
? Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
? Executing hard and soft landscaping works as per approved drawings, including proper plant and lawn selection and irrigation design.
? Troubleshooting landscape issues, including minor plumbing and electrical problems, and attending urgent site matters when required.
? Visiting sites undergoing additional works or complaints and ensuring quick resolution.
? Meeting and communicating with clients regularly to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction during project progress.
? Visiting contracted and random client sites to assess service levels and customer satisfaction.
? Promoting company services to existing and new clients.
? Getting material approvals, discussing variations, and obtaining client approvals when required.
? Preparing quotations for additional landscape or maintenance works.
? Planning and allocating manpower based on workload and project timelines.
? Managing labor schedules, monitoring output, educating and motivating site teams.
? Coordinating with subcontractors and arranging work sequences to ensure timely project completion.
? Coordinating with suppliers to arrange timely delivery of materials, plants, and chemicals to the site.
? Preparing daily site reports and updating all site-related information in the company system/server.
? Preparing weekly reports for the department manager or senior management with observations and action plans.
? Ensuring no official documents are issued without approval from the department head or management.
? Inspecting the quality of work delivered by technicians and recommending improvements.
? Ensuring work is carried out safely and in compliance with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. International Procurement:
? Check stock availability by brand and plan purchase requirements accordingly.
? Send inquiries and request quotations from international suppliers.
? Prepare price comparison sheets and submit them for management approval.
? Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) after receiving approval.
? Coordinate supplier payments with the accounts team to ensure timely processing.
? Follow up on shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
? Share shipping documents with the clearing agent for customs clearance.
? Coordinate with the clearing agent for duty payments and arrange payment through the company credit card.
? Share final shipping and customs documents with the accounts team after clearance.
? Handle special order requests, including supplier follow-ups and airfreight arrangements (quote requests, price confirmation, and shipment organization).
? Communicate with suppliers on warranty claims and other purchase-related matters.
2. Local Procurement:
? Send inquiries to local suppliers based on brand, category, or product requirements.
? Review quotations and place orders with the most competitive and reliable suppliers.
? Support local procurement activities through regular follow-ups and coordination.
3. System & Documentation:
? Follow up on RFQs from Internal Departments.
? Create new item codes and SKUs in the system or CRM as required.
? Handle invoice attestation through MOFA when necessary.
? Maintain organized documentation and records for all procurement activities.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
