, with a deep understanding of the local market. This role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client expectations. A
valid UAE driver's license
is essential, as the position requires frequent
site visits
and
client meetings
across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with
clients, consultants, contractors, and architects
to generate new business.
Actively pursue
project leads
and follow up on business opportunities throughout the UAE.
Conduct
site visits
, attend client meetings, and deliver project-specific presentations.
Understand client needs and offer tailored
fit-out and architectural solutions
.
Prepare and coordinate with internal teams to submit
technical and commercial proposals
.
Consistently
meet or exceed sales targets
and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Keep up-to-date with
industry trends
, market intelligence, and competitor activity.
Provide regular
sales reports
, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years
of proven
UAE experience
in sales within the
fit-out or architectural industry
.
Valid UAE Driver's License
with the flexibility to travel extensively within the UAE.
Demonstrated success in
outdoor sales
and
business development
.
Strong knowledge of
interior fit-out materials, design processes, and project lifecycles
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills
.
Self-motivated

target-driven
with a strong work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
