Assist the Procurement manager in the procurement process for Materials, Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, Sub-contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers. Hands on experience with the complete procurement cycles including RFI, RFQ, RFP, Bid comparisons, vendor selections, PO, LOIs, Contracts. Perform comparison studies based on supplier\xe2\x80\x99s quotation, Sub-contract Agreements. Prepare & Assist in the finalization of LPO, LOIs, LOAs with necessary terms and conditions. Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company. Receiving & studying Approved MR from the project team and collecting technical data\xe2\x80\x99s as per the PR for specification, drawings, and submittals. Analyzing Projects procedures, specification and engineering standards and to implement at the worksite for achieving a good quality work. Plan and schedule the estimate time for the priority of the materials, supervise subordinates. Providing an ethical and consistent approach to my team for procurement of goods, sub-contracts and services. Coordinate and keeping track of all ongoing projects, Site-engineers, workers to make sure all the required materials are delivered at site. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary. Identifying the correct Third Party Inspection agencies. Support with finance team to ensure invoices are received/approved/paid promptly and provide monthly reports to Commercial heads. Storage and handling on site, prior to use, during installation and commissioning and closure of any surplus/defective materials after the completion of the project.
