: - With Food Trading Experience - HORECA - Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions - Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns -Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchase items and resolve shortcomings - Analyse industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategy - Excellent knowledge in MS Microsoft Office Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
