- Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor inquiries, requests for quotes, and purchase orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review requisitions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary approvals have been obtained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Source vendors and products, obtain quotes, and negotiate pricing and terms in accordance with company guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain up-to-date records of all approved vendors, contracts, and pricing agreements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid stock outs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reconcile monthly statements and resolve any discrepancies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports on procurement activity, as requested. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the development and implementation of new procurement policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Train and provide guidance to new employees on procurement procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend trade shows and conferences, as needed, to identify new vendors and products.
- The candidate must be based in U.A.E. \xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate must be able to join on an immediate basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate must have prior procurement experience in the U.A.E. \xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate must have good communication skills
