Heavy Machinery Viqa is operating in trading of machines, heavy equipment, and recycling solutions. We provide operations and maintenance services for recycling plants as per client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements. HMV is a service provider for mining, quarries, and recycling. We provide quality machinery and equipment as well as outstanding service to our clients. We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator, to provide a high-quality service and assistance to the Procurement Team. The successful candidate shall assist the Procurement Team, coordinate activities, prepare reports, manage phone calls and correspondence. Must be knowledgeable in MS Windows platform and MS Office application. Previous exposure to a similar environment is essential. Duties & Responsibilities Receives requisitions from plants/sites, checks for accuracy, and reverts to requestor for any missing information. Ensures approval of necessary personnel before proceeding to create request. Responsible for creating and managing the addition of new line items to Tally and ensuring the correct naming convention is followed. Identifies function of requirements and creates and assigns separate requisitions on Tally as per Buyer\xe2\x80\x99s category designation. Is responsible for implementing inventory stock levels at DIC location and works in conjunction with Storekeeper to ensure that requisitions for inventory stock are raised in a timely and appropriate manner. Oversees processes undertaken by Storekeepers at sites and processing plants relating to ordering, delivery and stock movement. Records requisition on P/O tracker along with date assigned to Buyer. Liaises with Buyers and Storekeepers to check supplier invoices against P/O & GRN recorded in Tally, identifies any potential mismatches, and works with the necessary team member to reconcile/rectify any discrepancies. Collates invoices and summarises detail (transmittal report) to forward to Finance department once weekly. Ensuring that any advance payments are also accounted for in the same report. Is responsible for producing and managing regular and ad-hoc reports as per Management request i.e. Daily Operational Report, Stock Reports, PR \xe2\x80\x93 PR - GRN workflow report. From time to time may be required to undertake additional procurement related tasks in line with business needs Qualifications Proficient computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, ERP Able to communicate effectively In English, speak read and write fluently Experience in previous procurement role preferred Attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
