We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support our Procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating materials and services required for interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate must have proven experience in the UAE market, vendor management, and excellent knowledge of fit-out materials. Strong proficiency in MS Office is essential, while experience in QuickBooks is considered a major advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, furniture, finishes, and services for fit-out and interior projects.
Prepare purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of suppliers, price lists, contracts, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with the design, site, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of required items.
Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors on order status, delivery schedules, and payments.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations.
Support vendor evaluation, selection, and relationship management.
Generate procurement reports and submit them to management.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of procurement experience in the UAE
, preferably in the
interior design/fit-out industry
.
Strong knowledge of UAE supplier market and materials (furniture, joinery, finishes, MEP items).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Professional proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Proficiency in QuickBooks is a big plus
.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
