Experienced Candidate from Oil and Gas Industry preferred Manage purchasing of goods and services, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Oversee subcontractor agreements, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets. Work with finance to keep procurement and subcontract costs within budget.
