We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Contract Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in project contracts and possess the ability to review and prepare terms and conditions. The Contract Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring that all contractual aspects of our projects are effectively managed, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and prepare terms and conditions for contracts. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements in all contractual documentation. Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts for various projects. Work closely with project managers and legal teams to identify and resolve any contractual issues. Provide guidance and advice on contract-related matters to internal teams. Monitor contract performance and manage any necessary amendments or adjustments. Assess risks and propose mitigation strategies within contract frameworks.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in project contracts. Strong expertise in reviewing, drafting, and preparing terms and conditions. In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Degree in Engineering, Law, or related field (preferred).
