to support our restaurant's daily operations and manage all communication with external vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement processes: contacting suppliers, requesting quotations, comparing offers, and placing orders.
Coordinate with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service providers, schedule visits, track contract timelines, and ensure services are completed on time.
Search and onboard new vendors and suppliers when required.
Handle all written and verbal communication with external companies, maintenance partners, and government authorities.
Manage necessary municipality, mall, and police permits/approvals for the restaurant.
Assist with recruitment: preparing job ads, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews.
Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Head Chef, and Restaurant Manager.
Maintain organized documentation, reports, and follow-up lists.
Requirements
Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email, documents).
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
Previous experience in administration or procurement is an advantage.
