Accountant / Procurement & Administration Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general secretarial and administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
Coordinate purchasing of raw materials, supplies, and services required for production and office needs.
Support the indoor sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up with clients.
Maintain records and provide administrative oversight of the production process documentation and reports.
Act as a point of contact between management, production, and clients for administrative matters.
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
