Job Summary
Manage & lead the Reconciliation team to ensure on time and accurate delivery of Reconciliations (Bank, Intercompany, Supplier, Customer & VAT) related business processes and services for all Business Units of IFFCO Group within the scope of SSC Finance.
Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure smooth and timely processing of all reconciliation defined in the SLA
Report SLA and/or other risk control breaches to the team-head for timely investigation and escalation
Strictly follow SOPs in daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation
Follow up/Escalate with responsible business units on outstanding breaks according to internal procedure
Ensure that proper accounting entries are made on the basis of COA ;
Ensure that proper accounting entries are made on the basis of COA ;
Bring industry best and latest practices for Reconciliaton process
Experience of working on Digital Transformation / improvemments in Recon - OCR / RPA deployment

KPIs

Reconciliaiton open items (Zero

30 days) * Ensuring coverage of 90% of reconciliaiton through system reconciliaiton

100% accuracy in reconciliation
100% TAT in completing all reconciliations (Intercompany and Bank)
Scrutiny on Bank masters periodically

Work experience requirement
Experience in managing F&A teams in a shared service / BPO setup for 6-8 years
Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Commerce
Worked on Oracle
