Job Description
One of our esteemed clients in Dubai is seeking a Chief Shared Services Officer (CSSO) to lead and oversee multiple key functions, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration, and Procurement.
This is a strategic leadership role for a visionary Emirati professional who can drive operational excellence, implement efficient shared services frameworks, and align cross-functional support with the organizations long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR, IT, Procurement, and Administration functions across the organization.
- Develop and execute integrated shared services strategies that enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across all support functions.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within shared services or corporate support functions.
- Strong understanding of business operations, organizational development, and enterprise systems.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change.
