Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on any problems related to online residency.
- Follow up on urgent residency or visas.
- Procedures for the travel of workers and exit permits.
- Refer to the Economic Department, the municipality, or the Society of Engineers when necessary.
- Renewal of real estate license.
- Submitting and following up on all requests for apartment ownership, deferred sales contracts, and the initial registration of sold units.
- Coordination between Tiger Real Estate and the Land Department and a link between the company and the department.
- Follow up with the concerned department in case of any problems in the registration system.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in real estate.
- UAE Nationals only.
