Job Description

Guildhall is currently assisting a leading organization in the infrastructure and construction sector with the recruitment of a Public Relations Officer (PRO) based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with strong connections and proven experience in managing government relations, official documentation, and company administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle all government-related procedures, including visa applications, labor cards, company licensing, and other official documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with local government departments and authorities.
Ensure effective communication with government entities and full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Assist management in addressing and resolving any government-related issues.

Requirements:

UAE National (Emirati) - mandatory
3-5 years of experience in a PRO or similar government relations role
Strong social and professional network, preferably with family or contacts in government institutions
Fluent in Arabic and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
