Purpose of the Role

As the Team Lead of the Corporate Services Department, you are responsible for the complete management and delivery of corporate and PRO services for clients. You act as the main point of contact for clients, supervise and guide the team, coordinate with PROs and government authorities, and personally step in to resolve escalations. Your role ensures that all corporate, legal and compliance requirements are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for clients on all corporate and PRO service matters. Manage and oversee company formations, visa processes, QID renewals, and licensing (Commercial Registration, Trade License, Establishment Card, etc.). Handle complex procedures such as ownership changes, signatory amendments, and foreign ownership conversions. Personally resolve escalated issues and coordinate directly with government authorities when needed. Lead, supervise, and mentor the corporate services team, ensuring quality and timely task completion. Ensure full compliance with Qatar's regulatory, immigration, and labor requirements. Monitor operational workflows, documentation and service delivery accuracy. Provide regular updates and professional advice to clients regarding legal and procedural matters. Coordinate closely with PROs to ensure efficient handling of ministry-related activities. Liaise with banks, ministries, and external stakeholders for client-specific needs. Prepare reports, highlight risks, and recommend process improvements. Maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to continuous departmental improvement.
Requirements:

3-6 years of PRO/corporate services experience in Qatar Strong knowledge of Qatari regulatory and compliance frameworks Proven leadership and client relationship management experience Fluent in English and Arabic Valid Qatar Driving License
