3-5 years of UAE experience in real estate or corporate settings
. The ideal candidate will manage
government relations, visa processing, labor law compliance, and other legal/regulatory requirements
for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all
UAE visa processing
for employees, including work permits, residency, and renewals.
Liaise with government authorities, ministries, and freezone authorities on legal and regulatory matters.
Manage
labor contracts, employee documentation, and compliance with UAE labor laws
.
Maintain records and follow up on all government approvals and clearances.
Support HR and administrative teams on legal, regulatory, and documentation matters.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a PRO in UAE, preferably in
real estate or corporate companies
.
Must be Arabic native language (Other languages are advantage)* Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and government procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Mandatory:
UAE driving license
