to manage all government, legal, immigration, and regulatory processes for our company. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Qatar government portals, ministries, procedures, and documentation systems, with a minimum of 12 years of experience handling corporate PRO work in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Government & Immigration Procedures-
Processing QVC medical appointments.
Handling fingerprinting procedures.
Managing Workers' RP issuance, renewal, and 5% employee blocking cases.
Updating passports in ID system.
Handling VP (Visa Permit) new applications, renewals, and approvals.
Managing sponsor change: company-to-company, company-to-personal, and personal-to-personal.
Managing family visit visas & family residence permits (for non-Qatari applicants).
Processing work permits, temporary work permits, and secondment procedures.
CR, Trade License & Corporate Registrations-
Applying for new CR, renewal, and cancellation.
Applying and renewing Trade Licenses and related commercial approvals.
Handling trademark registration and updates.
Labor & Employment Processes-
Managing labor contracts, submission, renewal, and termination.
Processing NOC and related labor documentation.
Vehicle & Transportation-
Handling traffic violations, vehicle registration, renewal, and cancellation.
Health Certificates & Insurance-
Processing HC for workers and renewals.
Coordinating insurance for ladies' staff (no HC required).
Civil Defense & Municipality-
Processing Civil Defense approvals and renewals.
Managing land and building permits up to completion.
Liaising with consultants and authorities.
Kahramaa (Electricity/water)-
Handling move-in/move-out procedures.
Applying for new connections, certificates, meter readings, and raising complaints.
Logistics & Nadeeb-
Managing shipment clearance and authorization procedures.
Court & Legal-
Printing court decisions, managing authorizations and etc...
Real Estate & Taxation-
Processing rental contracts.
Handling tax-related procedures following the state requirements.
Banking-
Applying for cheque books, cheque clearings, and KYC procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
12 years PRO experience in Qatar
(mandatory).
Must be
Egyptian or Iranian nationality

Strong knowledge of Qatar labor law, immigration systems & government portals (Hukoomi, Metrash2, MOL, MOI, MADLSA, Baladiya, etc).
Excellent communication in Arabic & English.
Ability to independently manage all government documentation workflows.
