CICPA applications, renewals, approvals, updates, and follow-ups
for employees.
Coordinate directly with
CICPA / local authorities
to ensure fast processing and compliance.
Maintain CICPA records, status tracking, and documentation control.
Resolve CICPA issues such as delays, missing requirements, re-submissions, and rejection cases.
Labour & MOHRE Transactions
Manage all
MOHRE processes
, including:
Work permits, labour contracts, renewals, amendments
Work permit cancellations and employee status updates
Support HR with labour-related requirements and compliance matters.
Immigration / Visa Processing
Handle employee immigration transactions including:
Entry permits, visa stamping, renewals, cancellations
Medical appointments, Emirates ID applications, biometrics scheduling
Coordinate with
ICP / GDRFA
, typing centres, and government service centres.
General PRO Duties
Maintain accurate tracking of employee documents and government transactions.
Ensure renewals and compliance for company-related documents (when required).
Prepare regular status reports of pending and completed applications.
Handle urgent government-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements (Must-Have)

Proven UAE PRO experience with CICPA processing (mandatory)
?
Arabic speaking is mandatory
(able to communicate with authorities professionally)
? Strong knowledge of UAE portals and processes (
MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA
)
? Strong follow-up skills and ability to close tasks fast
? Organized and detail-oriented (document control & tracking)
? Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred:
UAE Driving License
Experience handling large manpower / multi-visa transactions
