Job Description
Meal Preparation Prepare traditional Arabic dishes such as kabsa, biryani, hummus, tabbouleh, machboos, grilled meats, dolma, etc. Cook daily meals for the family (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sometimes snacks or juices). Create weekly meal plans based on family preferences and dietary needs. Prepare special meals during Ramadan, Eid, or other religious/cultural occasions. Proven experience as a cook or chef, ideally in a private household Excellent knowledge of Arabic/Middle Eastern cuisine Ability to cook a wide range of dishes, from daily meals to formal events Good time management and organizational skills Understanding of halal food guidelines Clean, respectful, and trustworthy Flexible with working hours (especially during Ramadan or special events) Able to maintain confidentiality and respect family privacy Please send your resume/CV
