Job Summary:

The Private Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality daily meals for a private villa, including authentic Arabic, Emirati, Indian, Middle Eastern, and selected international dishes. The role requires strong culinary skills, menu planning, and the ability to cater to both family and staff meals. The cook must maintain exceptional hygiene standards and deliver meals that meet the family's taste and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook daily meals for the family, focusing on Arabic, Emirati, Indian, Middle Eastern, and international cuisine. Prepare daily staff meals according to schedule. Plan weekly menus based on family preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients. Ensure all meals are fresh, healthy, and well-presented. Manage kitchen supplies, grocery shopping, and inventory control. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and storage areas. Prepare food for guests, gatherings, and special occasions. Assist with outdoor cooking, BBQs, and traditional dishes (e.g., mandi, kabsa, harees, machboos). Ensure strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards. Work independently and adapt to changing daily requirements.

Prepare daily meals for the family and also prepare staff food according to the schedule and requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Private Cook or Chef in a private household, villa, or farmhouse. Excellent knowledge of Arabic, Middle Eastern, Indian, and international dishes. Strong time management and ability to work independently. High level of cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications:

Culinary diploma or certification (optional but preferred). Experience working in private villas or households. Ability to prepare a wide range of cuisines.
