Private Chef (Live-out) for UHNW Principal

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and discreet Private Chef to manage all culinary aspects for a UHNW principal and their family. This is a live-out role based in a premium residence in Dubai.
The ideal candidate is not just an exceptional cook but a culinary curator. You will be responsible for designing and executing a diverse range of bespoke menus, from healthy daily nutrition to gourmet dining for high-profile entertaining. Impeccable standards, profound knowledge of international cuisines, and the ability to work with the finest ingredients are essential. Absolute discretion and professionalism are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Culinary Excellence & Menu Planning:

• Design, propose, and execute daily menus for the principal and family, accommodating diverse tastes, dietary restrictions, and nutritional goals.
• Prepare and serve all meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and any snacks or light bites, to restaurant-standard presentation.
• Demonstrate mastery across a wide range of cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Modern European, Asian, Middle Eastern, plant-based, etc.).
• Expertly prepare for and execute all types of private events, from intimate dinners to large-scale cocktail parties and canape receptions.
• Manage special dietary needs, including allergies, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, paleo, and other specific health-focused regimens.

2. Kitchen & Household Management:

• Full management of the household kitchen, including inventory, sourcing, and stocking of all food supplies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with premium suppliers, butchers, fishmongers, and specialty grocers.
• Ensure the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at all times.
• Manage kitchen equipment, including reporting maintenance issues and ensuring all tools are in perfect working order.
• Work collaboratively with other household staff (e.g., Estate Manager, Butlers, Housekeepers) to ensure seamless service.

3. Administration & Discretion:

• Manage the kitchen budget, providing weekly reports and cost control without compromising on quality.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and utmost discretion regarding the family's habits, preferences, and guest lists.
• Demonstrate flexibility with working hours to accommodate the family's schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Candidate Profile: Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Formal Training: A culinary degree or equivalent formal training from a recognized institution is highly preferred.
• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, or within private service for UHNW families.
• Culinary Versatility: Exceptional proficiency in multiple international cuisines. A portfolio or menu examples will be requested.
• Health & Nutrition: A strong understanding of nutrition, wellness, and the ability to create delicious, health-conscious meals.
• Impeccable Standards: An unwavering eye for detail, from ingredient selection to final plate presentation.
• Discretion & Etiquette: A deeply professional and discreet demeanor. Understanding of formal service protocols.
• Organization: Excellent time management, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, Russian) are a significant advantage.
• Legal Status: Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for an interview.
